Free shipping is automatically applied to orders shipping within Hawai‘i.

Order Processing

We process orders within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Most orders ship the next business day, but we build in flexibility for holidays, weekends, or high-volume periods.

Our operations follow Hawaii Standard Time (HST).
Orders placed after 11:00 AM HST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Because we ship from Hawai‘i, we use different carriers depending on the destination.

Mainland U.S. Orders

Most mainland orders ship using FedEx 2-Day service

Due to shipping from Hawai‘i and time zone differences, delivery may take 3–4 business days

Hawai‘i (Inter-Island) Orders

Orders shipping within Hawai‘i qualify for free shipping

Inter-island shipments are sent using USPS or UPS

We do not use FedEx for Hawai‘i deliveries

Important Carrier Notes

FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or some military and remote addresses.

If your shipping address requires delivery to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO address, or other restricted location, we will ship your order using USPS.

While USPS is generally reliable, delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may occasionally take longer than standard carrier timelines. In rare situations, packages may take several weeks to arrive depending on routing and carrier delays.

Typical Delivery Timeline Example

Order Monday → Ships Tuesday → Delivered Thursday or Friday depending on location.

Weekend Orders

Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will begin processing Monday.

Shipping Exceptions

Weather events, carrier delays, and holidays may sometimes extend delivery times beyond our control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Warm Weather & Meltable Items Notice

If you purchase meltable items (such as gummies or chocolates) during warm weather months, you do so at your own risk.

We ship orders quickly and carefully, but once a package leaves our facility we cannot guarantee products will arrive unmelted.

For this reason we do not offer refunds or replacements for heat-affected items.
